Community Connectors Linking With HARRI

Coming soon to a location near you!

BPRCVS' Community Connectors are linking in with the HARRI Bus.

HARRI is a health and wellbeing engagement vehicle which travels around Lancashire. A number of local and national health and wellbeing organisations are represented.

At the recent launch session on 13th August 2019 in Burnley town centre, Helina Begum, Burnley Connector, found the day to be a great success with 6 new client referrals and 1 new volunteer application.

Deborah Dewhurst, Rossendale Connector, attended the Rossendale session on 29th August 2019 in Rawtenstall Market.

The Community Connectors will be aiming to attend as many of the days as possible when HARRI is in town. Our Community Connectors aim to reduce social isolation and improve health and wellbeing through non-medical, social interventions in a clients' local community. Think this is something you need or know someone who could benefit and want a face-to-face with one of our Connectors first then come along to the HARRI bus.
