Move Into The CVS Centre Update

An update on the office space we have available

One of the offices previously advertised as available for tenants to move into has now been taken. However we have found another office that we are making available to tenants.

We've got two excellent offices available for tenants to move into.

Room 16

Room 16 is 381 square feet and Room 34 is 152 square feet. Room 16 is situated on the ground floor and Room 34 on the first floor. Both rooms are charged at the same rates - £15.00 per square foot, per annum (service charge included).

Room 34

Both rooms are well lit with natural light, comfortable, warming and make for excellent working environments. Room 16 could occupy up to 8 persons with desks and Room 34 could occupy up to 4 persons with desks.

There are toilet and kitchen facilities on both floors.

The Server Room

Tenants at the CVS Centre have access to a range of facilities in the centre:

  • The server room - a common room area with kitchen facilities that can also double up as a free-to-use informal meeting room
  • Toilet facilities on both floors
  • Kitchen facilities on both floors
  • Access our interview room for small meetings, interviews, one-to-one support, counselling sessions and more
  • Use the conference room for training, large meetings, conferences, events and more
  • Our caretaker provides basic in-house maintenance for general upkeep
  • The BPRCVS reception team will handle incoming enquiries, appointments and mail
  • There's disabled access and a lift to the first floor
  • Hire rooms and use Gannow Community Centre as an alternative location - 4 rooms to choose from and perfect for events, activities, training and more
