Communicars

Communicars is a volunteer car scheme run by the Volunteer Centre, in partnership with Lancashire County Council, covering Burnley, Pendle and Rossendale.

The scheme is for elderly and/or disabled people who struggle to use public transport and charges are dependent on the type of bus pass held.
